Roll your stick in to a half oval etc..
Is it possible for me to change it?

Are you trying to change it on street fighter? or are you just trying to change your button configurations for all games in general?

You can change the layout with a modded ps3, yea, but you would probably need some sort of mod to make a combo from 1 button happen.

Like:

This RTM or mod menu/script would need to be coded and created, most likely specifically for that game, but maybe not..
I don't know of any, but I'm sure it can be done..

You have to find Button Monitoring, then you can definately change button layout.
