My issue is that for something like Darkstore, I need to resign rap files in order to activate the games... But, because I don't have a psn account registered I am unable to get an act.dat thus, I can't use any pkg I download..

Using the HAN Demo downloader and the Unlockc00.pkg that came with it, I'm able to play those particular pkg's with ease... However, I'm not sure why those raps installed and worked......

Does that make sense?? .... sigh.

Is there some way to use an offline rap or something like that?

Seems a bit dead here lately...

I did eventually realize that reActpsn works to give offline raps.
Pro tip: If reActpsn says something like "Unknown CFW" Check to make sure you don't have your firmware version spoofed. (Like with SEN Enabler.)
