I am having trouble getting a good dump but always getting the same thing with patch tool I mostly get red 30 of 56 I have tried multiple times re putting the nor cable on. I do not get led blinking error lights but I do not get any activity from hdd cant get into recovery mode is it my cable or brick? Please help really want to mod.

Becarefull with e3 flashernor they sale two very simile e3 nor flasher around the world look very simile but one its fake and not working probly well look google WIki can show you how and which one is fake copy.

I have confirmed that the e3 flasher is original from the pictures but I believe I have semi bricked my ps3. I have green light of death can that be why I cannot get a good dump

I dont think I can I have fat ps3 and the psu is in the way. I have decided to try e3 linker instead

I figured out what happened on my first backup instead of putting backup switch I put ob flash which wrote from the nor on the e3 flasher to the nor chip on ps3. Can I just buy same model ps3 and flash with its backup or is there anyway to fix backup.
