Do you have control console correctly installed on your ps3?

Make sure it is installed properly on your ps3, and make sure you have the CCAPI dll with the Control Console Application on your computer. Make sure you enable ftp on your ps3 on multiman when trying to ftp. Other than that i can not answer the question without the firmware... please quote one of us with what firmware you are on to resolve your issue.

Check your ip address and make sure it matches what you have on ccapi and filezilla.
