I turn on my ps3 after 6months- She turn ON and have green ligth, she stays ON , but have no image/sound. And dont turn off.
Cant get in safe/recovery mode

I think you may have the GLOD (Green Light of Death).

Can the reflow fix it? I just want more 3months , dont need more.

This might be a dying RSX chip... you are correct you can get it Re-flowed... If your PS3 is Jailbroken then I would suggest getting it Re-flowed... if your PS3 is not Jailbroken then I would suggest getting another once since it would:

Cost money to ship it to get re-flowed and you will have to pay for the service as well...

You could attempt to fix it yourself if you have a heat gun and for around 15-20 minutes on the temperature of 200-300C in a circular motion rotate around the RSX chip... this would require you to open your console...

I also made a thread on how people can do a re-flow on their console... you can look at it this is the process of how it's done...
