It freezes every now and then on the XMB menu an on Home brew apps then unfreezes but its really anoying and its nothing like my other jailbreak where it is nice and smooth and everything works perfectly fine

Well try installing a different CFW.

It is an old CFW with not many updates, not surprising it's buggy. I would also recommend another CFW, such as 4.75.3.

but on the jailbreak im currently using and have had for 5 years now its perfectly fine and isnt buggy?

Yes, but honestly I've never heard of anyone on 4.60 lol. Just try another CFW, I recommend 4.75.3, but you decide.
