Sony did some type of patch on all firmware versions below 4.82.
Fix:
To be able to sign in and mod your heart out, you will need to do 1 of 2 things.
A. Update your Firmware to 4.82+ Dex Rebug or whatever firmware you choose.
B. Spoof your firmware to 4.82+ using something like SEN Enabler, or SEN Spoofer.
Update: There is also a create account error that will happen even if you spoof to 4.82. To fix this error you must actually update to to 4.82+ to fix it.
Hope this helps people who are as confused as I was when i tried to sign in today

Rebug has not webman on 4.82. All you have to do is download the latest version of it You must login or register to view this content.

I thought webman didn't support this update? either way i go into webman and the CID and PSID options aren't even on the list. Thats where I would usually go to put a cid in. This new update has me all kinds of confused lol

It IS showing the correct ID. however, im still getting an error code when I sign-In, If im banned wouldn't it say im banned?
other cid = banned message (ok, fine)
this cid = error code (?)
I have no problem buying a CID somewhere, I just want to make sure thats the deal and not some other bs I did to myself haha
