You don't need to downgrade back to 3.55 to install a Rogero 4.55 (as 4.55 is higher than 4.50)
So yeah you can safety, just upgrade & install Rogero CEX-4.55 v1.00 that's on USB stick. Without going back to 3.55.

Contact my friend libra7ry on NGU, he's a lot more experienced in Flashers than i am.

Hi guys! im new to this site and also new to PS3 modding.. Now i have a couple of questions which have probably already been answered on here but i just want to confirm..
1 - can i get my fat ps3 downgraded to 3.55 from the newest ofw - 4.60?
2 - what is the best cfw to use for playing backups and also RTMing mainly on cod and gta online?
3 - what is the latest and best method to go about getting the ps3 set up to do ^ from 3.55?
