Yeah there is a way to dump just your IDPS on a non jailbroken Ps3 just use this guide.

Sorry m8 but i need a CONSOLE ID from my non jailbroken game so that i can use it on my banned game not psid
Unless psid is used to unban a game

I know psid is used for that.
I havent used that from him and has never needed a new psid or a ipds.
But its worth i try.
