All 11 DLC trophies will instantly pop up. You do not need the DLC downloaded. Works on any firmware without jailbreak/custom firmware.

Yes, you need to be premium to download this save.

If there are any problems, make sure to download the newest patch for LittleBigPlanet 2.

The site stopped taking Premium membership about a year or two ago, to access the premium thread you would have to join as Elite and you can access from there.
