Unfortunately the GT Race saves were lost as well, so a couple of weeks ago I redid the series and made my own save.
This save will unlock Prancing Horse and GT Race Series Star. In order to unlock both trophies, you have to win the second day on the last GT Race circuit.

PS: Don't forget you need to win a race in this series by yourself first for the First GT Race Series Win trophy, otherwise this won't look legit!
