I recently did a file transfer of a couple of locked saves I had, I've briefly tested this and it resigns perfectly well using BruteForce. Seems you can replay any 'Scenario' to unlock any missed trophies.

i deleted my saves i had for jurassic park on ps3 then just resigned the User save dont need the season data global save just the user save resign then go load game which continues then do what u said and trophies pop for me
