Majin Vegeta is swappable so if you have a better character, let me know before its to late ^.^
I would add all the characters but I would need peoples help getting all the offset as doing it by myself will take hundreds of hours

Well then you going to have to give me the offsets for his card slots because I don't have them ^.^

i have a cfw ps3 so i wont take to long

having a cfw won't make any difference xD

um..unequip cards for all characters then fill sage goku with all 50+ cards and 2 lucky girl cards

Then open in a hex editor and find a location that has a lot of numbers and letters

Hm, what I do to edit my own characters is clear out all cards from every character, except for the one I want to edit. Put a card that I know the hex code to (like, Fruit of the tree of might) on the character I want to edit. Then search for the item's hex code in the decrypted save using a hex editor and that's where all the slots are.

So basically, clear everyone's slots, then fill up the sage mode character with cards, and give some examples of what cards you used so we can search for them. Then just upload your save or post the offsets if you can find them.
