If you want to mod your own save without losing any of your data from using other people's, then use these offsets and change the values.
I used version 1.0 from the disc version and I'm not sure if the offsets changed with each update. You can open your save and look to see if they match. Parenthesis means the number of challenges the said character has.

I can but not till weekend...offsets are the addresses...go to that address in a hex editor..now the number in parenthesis is how many challenges said characters have...simply change 00 to 01...each set of 0s is one byte...so it will look like this 01 01 01 01 01 01...
