You will need to use the collectible cheat a few times if you use it 1 time it wont work

Apparently upon further investigation it's been found that the physical PS3 version of Jak II doesn't activate all trophies like the PS4 version. You can get more trophies to pop by viewing the movies in order but it still leaves you with like 7-8 trophies that you need to do yourself.
I tested it myself on two accounts and the same thing happened, you only get a small fraction of the trophies to pop when you go directly to the final boss. Others have also reported a similar issue.
