The above save file is uploaded and posted by another user. It probably won't have stuff from my save file but still looks good.

PS4 - EU - Xenoverse 2 - MODDED SAVE
PS4 - USA - Follow the video guide at the bottom of this post to change the save game region.
Use savewizard resign feature to use this save game for your playstation and have fun!

Max Customization Points - Stamina, Ki, Ult etc
customization points can all be set to 125 in offline mode but if you go online it will reset to normal values
A Vehicle
Press Square button to use.
Unlock All Skills
May not unlock skills from some DLC.
Unlock MOST Items
Including Raid Exclusives like Trendy Bikini, Android 21 clothes etc…
☞ Top, Bottom, Hands, Feet, Super Souls
☞ Add “Perfect” QQ-Bangs (+5+5+5+5+5+5)
☞ Capsules, Mixing Items, Foods & Unique Items (7 Dragon Balls, all Eggs etc…
Unlock All Marks
Nickname
Unlock All Characters & All Maps & get Z-Rank in all Missions
Some Raid Boss Skills
* If you change the raid boss skill to something else you wont be able to find it in your skill list.
*Raid boss skills are equipped and saved in presets so if you do change them you can equip again from preset.

I used it and it is amazing thank you, sucks tho that you have to be careful or risk losing those npc only moves. I have a request, could you do a update like adding the latest skills and movesets please? And somehow making the villainous mode & moves related to it more permanent so you won't lose them if you accidentally change something? Again thank you for your amazing save
