Must be used on 1st slot save (slot 0 on Savewizard)

You'll want to right-click and select Quick Mode for this.

Then right-click the correct save, should see an option to add cheat, just give it a name and then copy/paste the code lines into the "Codes" box and apply as you would normally after that.

Woaw rude much? People have explained it in English, but you can't understand it unless its a picture guide?

1. Transfer the save from PS4 to USB
2. Plug the USB into your PC/Mac
3. Start Savewizard
4. Find the game named SEKIRO : SHADOWS DICE TWICE
5. Dobbel click the name so that the list of quick codes open.
6. Change the save slot to 0.
7. Right click one of the quick codes already listed.
8. Select add cheat.
9 fill in a name and description of the code.
10. Paste in the code
11. Now apply the code as normal
