i was wondering if any of you can help me,the app was working ok until i cloned my hdd to my new ssd,afterwards it stopped working and gives me a message to restart save wizard afterwards it asks for the activation code and after i input it it says that max activations has been reached and that i should uninstall any other version i have installed which i don't because i formatted my hdd after cloning it to my new ssd as i said earlier,i of course i wrote to their support 2 times and it has been 3 days with no answer.

I have already sent them two times during the past 3 days using their support page on their official site,
Do you think i should try email directly,i don’t have facebook account.
