That method only works for games that are supported by Save Wizard
so Both Evil Within's wont work :/ Srry

The games are supported...And i have the same problem of the bloke in the first page.

Aye, i've opened SW today and the game was supported.
But i dont understand why the Re-region doesn't work.

So you re region those files. The error comes from game data apparently and you can’t resign auto saves apparently

i re-regioned the first save (auto-save) from this thread:

cusa00375 to cusa01190 (asia) and it worked without issues.
evil within has 3 save files: profile, manual and auto-save
you can re-region all except profile save.

The evil within 1 is OK.
But with The Evil within 2 there is a problem...i re-region the save, but im stuck in the game (cant'go out the mirror). Any of you have tryied ?
