From pc to Ps4 will not work but you can edit your save then upload it to ps3 and on the ps3 upload it it to your cloud and when you get on the ps4 you can download the save from your cloud

Not sure alot of stuff doesnt work on mac you always can download a charachter here on ngu or on youtube and simple resign it to your id with a free save resigner for ps3

You also need to use a save resigner after what also might not work i guess you will need to use a windows pc if you like to do stuff like that
