Finding the 2.50 Beta PUP/Firmare was very easy. Basically every PS4 requests the beta XML file which stores the information required to get the .PUP file.

So once I spotted this XML file via SKFU's Pr0xy, I first tried to simply redirect the normal "ps4-updatelist.xml" to the beta one. This failed. Second try was to download the PUP and install it from a USB stick via the PS4's safemode. This also failed.

My last idea was to create a new "ps4-updatelist.xml" and redirect the normal one to my custom XML. This worked Steps to reproduce are below:

1. Get any SKFU's Pr0xy server
2. Start & setup the Proxy Server on your PlayStation4
3. Redirect "https://feu01.ps4.upd...-updatelist.xml" to "https://zload.net/ps4/beta/ps4-updatelist.xml"
4. In case your from another region, change "/eu/" to your regioncode!
5.Search for an update on your PS4
6. Download, install and enjoy 2.50 Beta

In case this does not work, try the installation via safemode "Update using Internet". If you have setup the proxy already, it also works in safemode.

i try everything you put for US it gives me error and when i try it in safe mode it says the following version of the system software is available. Version 2.04 Not 2.50 I'm already on 2.04 WTF

Copy and paste those links into the proxy. Thats where I went wrong.

I got it working by changing the link and then enabling auto-updates, when I restarted like 20 updates started and the 2.50 beta update

Easy way if you're stuck.

If you’re in Euro territories:

Get any SKFU’s Pr0xy server (wololo.net)
Start & setup the Proxy Server on your PlayStation4
Redirect “[url]https://feu01.ps4.update.playstation.net/update/ps4/list/eu/ps4-updatelist.xml”[/url] to “[url]https://feu01.ps4.update.playstation.net/update/ps4/beta/list/eu/ps4-updatelist.xml”[/url]
Restart your PS4
Search for an update on your PS4
Download, install and enjoy 2.50 Beta
In case this does not work, try the installation via safemode “Update using Internet”. If you have setup the proxy already, it also works in safemode.

In the UK?

Get any SKFU’s Pr0xy server (wololo.net)
Start & setup the Proxy Server on your PlayStation4
Redirect “[url]https://fuk01.ps4.update.playstation.net/update/ps4/list/uk/ps4-updatelist.xml”[/url] to “[url]https://fuk01.ps4.update.playstation.net/update/ps4/beta/list/uk/ps4-updatelist.xml”[/url]
Restart your PS4
Search for an update on your PS4
Download, install and enjoy 2.50 Beta
In case this does not work, try the installation via safemode “Update using Internet”. If you have setup the proxy already, it also works in safemode.

If you happen to be in the US, you’ll need to use a different set of XML files.

Get any SKFU’s Pr0xy server (wololo.net)
