yes Wide Awake can be obtained using the save that's how I got it

Not that i know of. I already got all the 100 citizens in this save. There is a EU save somewhere that will help unlock that trophy and a few more you cant get from this platinum save.

for the trophy :
4. "Higgledy" - 30 higgledy obtained.
Go into cave and give the material velvet? to him I hope this is the right one but I know the needed material is in the inventory

Where is the cave please ? where is the last higgledy hotshot please ?

i had most of the trophies already but i will say that none of the ones i still needed popped. i had to engage in a battle and grab a ball to get "Ball Boy". i had to complete a skirmish to get "God of War". i had to grab a gold ball to get "Wide Awake".
