I can confirm for you that trophies do unlock for replaying level 20 on each difficulty as i did it with another save Smile will you be making a save for Hell or Hell? I only need that difficulty and s rank all missions on all difficulties :(

Yes. You can. Just hood region change save wizard and there are video tutorials. There are even some on this website. It's so easy
