I think you need to use your own saves. You unlock the abilities after the first few missions.
Just start with episode 3. You start with all 3 abilities.

What save do I use for the perfectionist trophy? I don't see one under that name in the save set
Edit: The completionist save did not work, is there anyway you can update the set? If not I still appreciate the saves they really helped me out!

Try the Completionist save. Cant believe i missed a save.
