only load save and finish. load save in main campaign, it will not be under the name of Hunk, Xx-GIPPI-xX found swap, thanks help.

Yes, you do, to resign the files from their profile to yours.

Thanks a lot! Works well!
If someone don't understand what to do:
1. Re-sign downloaded save with Save Wizard.
2. Upload save to your PS4.
3. From main menu load Save File #1.
4. The game will load in extra mode - "The 4th Survivor".
5. For trophy you just need to run to the end of the stage. The enemies can't hit you.
6. In the end you will see loading screen and trophy will pop off.

ok loaded up save went down to stairs its at loading screen with hunk no trophy popped its my last trophy for plat........... it just sits at now loading im on digital version..........
p.s. i got it to work what u have to do is load save and run to the main gate, enemies cant hit u and just run to gate and the trophy will pop on loading screen........
