Literally the rest of the trophies can be cleaned up on recruit via chapter select in just a couple hours!

EDIT:
Confirming that you can play the mission on recruit and change the difficulty to veteran before killing final boss. (It will probably unlock without switching difficulty as well)

Maggbot timeout!
So I'm not new to resigning but for some odd reason I can't get this save to work for me. When I resign it and transfer to my ps4, load up CODMW, it wants me to start a whole new game. It doesn't recognize I have a save. I've tried deleting the save off the system and retrying it but nope, same problem. It's the correct CUSA08829 and everything.

Second report I've seen of that, but then so many people report they do work. So there's no opportunity for Mission Select even? Just a simple Continue throws things off so often with Save Wizard so with a CoD game I would think Mission Select would be the way around that but if it's acting like you don't even have a save, that's a bit more tricky.
What I would try, if you haven't already, is combining these saves (resigned) with yours. I see 2 saves in here. See what your own saves are named on a USB stick. If there's one that is NOT covered by these saves, try keeping it. Maybe a save named "Profile" or something else is necessary, and if you delete all saves and load with only these two, perhaps the game reads your saves, doesn't find that save and assumes there are no saves as a result.

Thanks, I had everytrophy except Veteran one, I did last mission 3 times, and trophy didn't pop, last try I deleted my own save and backed up new game save on USB, then re assigned this profile and finally doing my 4th try I switched to Veteran difficulty right before killing Barkov and trophy popped after all cinematics when I was at menu.
