I have here a Semi-SaveSet for Mafia III, I've managed to test a handful of saves where "Sure Thing, Boss" (Unlocked all Associates) pops automatically.
Most saves (especially the story ones) work fine, but the one I was hoping would work didn't :'( and that was "No Loose Ends" (Killed all of the Racket Bosses), I've included it anyway so anyone is free to test. I don't have any "Paid for" DLC installed but I do have the free stuff.
I've included README's as always and these were made using the EU Disc Version.
Here's the saves;

**UPDATE: I managed to get the "No Loose Ends" & "The New Boss" trophies to pop, you just need to load the save whilst disconnected from the internet!**
Also, it auto pops "Hole in Your Pocket" and if you collect any money you get "Baby, You're a Rich Man".
(by using the "No Loose Ends" Save)
**UPDATE 2: I've made a new save for "IRA Don't Ask" & "Can't Trust a Rat"**
IMPORTANT: You need ALL DLC installed for this save to load, sorry!

YES, u need to do this trophies but u can done all in 2-3 hours more or less and for a lot of trophies u can use a platinum save for use a powerful car. You must login or register to view this content.
History related, the first two hours of the game more or less:
-Somethin' I've Gotta Do: You collected your things from Sammy's.
-For Old Time's Sake: Cassandra agreed to help you kill Marcano.
-Standard Communication Grid: Wiretapped the Delray Hollow Smack Racket.
-Racketeer: Got the maximum earn from one of your Rackets.
This trophies need to be done by yourself: You must login or register to view this content.
-Custom 358: Drove at 120 mph or faster for 20 seconds.
-Testing the Shocks: While driving, performed a 50-meter jump and landed on your wheels.
-New Bordeaux Drifter: While driving, drifted for at least 5 seconds.
-One Good Turn: Made a 180 degree turn at high speed without hitting anything.
-Wrecker: Executed: 10 Vehicle Takedowns.
-Insurance Risk: Escaped a Police Zone after being chased for 2 minutes.
-Never Saw it Coming: Killed an enemy within 2 seconds of kicking open a door.
-Combat Specialist: Killed 300 enemies via Takedowns.
-Shh, shh: Performed 100 Stealth Takedowns on enemies.
-Closed Casket: Performed 50 Brutal Takedowns.
-Bon Appétit!: Fed a body to an alligator.
-Next Time Swim Faster: Got eaten by an alligator.
-Sending A Message: Chained together 3 or more Brutal Takedowns.
-Code 112: Stole a Police car.

Just to show how quickly a lot of those trophies go, Brutal Takedown was one of my first trophies in this game. I got it in the "tutorial" district, farming them in the first racket area takedown (Perla's), just taking down as many as I could, making sure the last enemy killed me, checkpoint restart and soon I had it. Saves to profile. Sending a Message was in the exact same area. It's similar for most of the others, although for Testing the Shocks you'd want a save where you have access to the district in the NW corner of the map (a lot of saves on these forums will let you go there).
Some of the saves for counting racket boss kills/spares are glitchy though, and it's the fault of the game, NOT the saves. I've posted causes and potential solutions elsewhere, but hopefully someone's found better ideas.

With the platinum save u cant get the trophies for brutal takedowns, shh shh, and Combat Specialist so its better start a new save.

Not really, no. The story of each is short and the miscellaneous trophies are pretty easy. The one that took me the most time was Faster Baby Faster, because it takes some time for each individual crop to grow yet I saved it for the end. It would have been smarter, had I known that, to do the DLC earlier in the game and then I wouldn't have to wait on each crop after I'd beaten everything else.
