This is my second post.
Here the most difficult trophies of the 3 DLCs The Evil Within
The Assignment DLC
Trophy: Not Afraid of the Dark
Clear The Assignment in KURAYAMI Mode.
The save is in the last check point:

The Consequence DLC
Trophy: None More Dark
Clear The Consequence in KURAYAMI Mode.
The save is in the last check point:
You must login or register to view this content.
The Executioner DLC
All trophies can be obtained, put NG + with this save (infinite ammo):

EDIT:
Do you get the "no damage" trophy in The Executioner when you just load the save and beat the final boss without taking damage or do you have to play from scratch? Hate the last part of the end boss fight and don´t want to do it twice, that´s why I´m asking.

Okay, you can. Just load the save and beat the final boss without taking damage.

Edit: ok you are right it does unlock all torments, I was loading it normally, not loading the +NG save, just so people know finish the game first or it won't look legit, it does pop right away at the start. Items can be obtained too, just upgrade the sword and purchase the golden hammer. For collectibles I am not sure if its possible since I got it legit but probably works if you grab the first diary in the 2nd floor
