Wonder if its possible to cross save using a PS3 platinum modded save of dynasty warriors 8 xl. If you can that will save people a lot of time! I Know you can with Dynasty warriors 8 but the question is will dw8 xl also work?

How does it use the PS3 game save? Can you put a save onto a memory stick and do it that way or does it get the save online meaning that I have to own the PS3 version of the game? I was hoping that I could just get a 100% completed save from the PS3 version of the game and just put it onto a memory stick because I don't even have a PS3 anymore.

You can upload a save using the ps3 version and download that save using the ps4 version and vice versa....you need both versions for it to work.

Tested using a ps3 plat save and cross saved to ps4 and you can get all trophies in like 2 hours max. Still don't know if you can use a ps3 us plat save and cross save to ps4 chinese or jp game version. Hope someone can test because I have them in my psn cart.
