(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Last year on October 27th 2014 i sent him a payment of $300 on skype for a jailbroken ps3. After sending it he then said it was broken he was gonna send the money back after he gets it blah blah blah. Well its been a year haven't heard anything. Its time to take some actions against this. His original NGU name was Dahaxor420 he now keeps changing his name. He just had a dispute with someone else but got the money back because they posted in the section. I saw it and looked then saw the email and everything its the same person just a new skype and a change NGU name. Heres my proof

This is his Skype account now all our messages are deleted but look at every picture thoroughly you will see what i mean his name(Sebastian) matches everything

These 2 pictures are from the dispute that just happened with him(these are not mine but i am using them to prove my point). The same email in the picture is the same one i sent him the $300 too.

If there are any problems please let me know i will sitting on NGU until this is solved. That was my birthday money and its time i get it back or give me my ps3! A waste of $300 i have messaged me asking if he remembers me and of course he doesn't so i sent him a very mean a nasty message. I am a very unhappy customer if you can even call that a customer since i didn't get anything in return!

Nevermind someone is messing with him. He sold his PS4 sent it then that person had an unauthorized payment and got it taken back he's already on it I guess. But about the full payment I do not know that is up to him. He said his NGU also got hacked so he can't go on it right now I don't think.

We talked I told him how I wanted a Benq and if he sent me a Benq rl2455hm in the mail then everything would be all set. He said he's gonna try to get Amazon so I can get it on there. We are working together to get this resolved.

Edit: I just talked with him he said yes he will be able to get the full payment soon. By the full payment we mean him sending me the monitor. That is all I ask. He knows the deal. But he will have the full soon he's selling all his stuff and doing a clear out.

Now I'm getting annoyed keeps having to use different skypes and keeps changing the payment plans. This is now starting to tick me off.

Can you contact him to agree on a date at which you can have a refund back? No matter how it's refunded. This dispute has been going on for a bit too long, it needs to be resolved at some point.

Yeah I know this not to happy about it either he said something about $23 a week for 9 weeks. Idk can't contact him now cause I don't know his skype so I have no idea what's going on. My patience are slowly fading.
He sent me $80
I then spent $19.99 on psn
Then found out the $80 got held
Looked at my PayPal I was $-19.99
Talked to him he said it would be fixed
Then sent me $20.01 to make my balance .02 over
Said it would be fine also and Id get that 80 or 60 back in my account. (I don't feel this is gonna happen)
That would leave him $279.99 that he owes me if the 60 doesn't get back into my account.
If you could please try to contact him some way to tell him to get it done as fast as possible. That would be appreciated. It was suppose to be done on the 29th and that obviously didn't happen so what's the point in a deadline of its not gonna be met?

Edit: would have been nice for at least $15 for the new map pack I wouldn't have spent the 20 on cod points. Also am getting weird payments sent to me saying a credit card sent me $17 then got denied. Don't get why this is so hard to get payments sent through.

I am as best as possible I know he is refunding so I trust him and everything its just a matter of when. I don't want the dispute open all year for no reason. Really appreciate all the help again.

I think I've had enough of it. I'm going to close this dispute if you're happy with me doing so and ban the user for failing to respond and contacting you to catch up. He's been really suspicious through-out. Hope you can maybe work something out, but I don't think it's worth continuing. Sorry I couldn't do too much and sorry for your losses. Please contact me if you wish to reopen this dispute.
