If you haven't been given a decent reason to try out Bethesda's Elder Scrolls Online, now you do.

In the Gold Edition of the console and PC-based MMORPG, included with the game as well as a new case cover, comes four major DLC packs, and some other goodies such as:

• Imperial City
  
• Orsinium
  
• Thieves Guild
  
• Dark Brotherhood
  
• Palomino horse mount
  
• 500 crowns to spend in Crown Store for new accounts
  

Although it's not head-to-head with major MMORPGs such as World of Warcraft, Elder Scrolls Online has done a great job at holding it's own. With consistent updates and a decent player base, the title is thriving.

While the console versions of the game are doing great, the PC version (surprisingly) isn't standing out as much as everyone thought it would.

Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Edition is almost set for pre-order and will be available September 9th across all platforms and through select retailers.
