Yesterday I was banned from XBL.
As you may already know, an NGU member gave me an illegitimate code and I used it on my xbox.
The code never worked.
I tried logging into my XBOX later that day to find that I had been permanently banned.
I checked my E-mail and it said that I have been permanently banned for "Marketplace theft"
I tried calling them and they said there is nothing I can do.
Has this ever happened to any of you?

not the exact same thing but i got banned also i come home after going shooting and i have to recover my account, so im like wtf, then it says im banned until 12/31/9999 and apparently someone stole my account and hacked a ten year crown on it, the employees at microsoft are dicks man it also didnt help that my email was ecphacks lol so i look like a complete ****ing liar calling them and telling them the story. it honestly does suck
