This worked for me so I decided to post this on the forums. It only works for minor circle scratches... Like 80% of the time it works.
You have to do this method multiple times to make it work.

I have used something similar to this and it worked for me so should be fine with others, make sure you have no dirt on the disk before doing this or you make it worse!
