I can list a few things that I know of, but I don't own a PS4 so it may not be 100%

XBONE Benefits:
EA Access
Great link with Windows 10 and console streaming on the same network
XBONE app on Windows 10 (and other OS such as iOS) is imo amazing
Games for Gold I would argue is better than PS Plus benefits as they drop AAA titles and backward compatible games free frequently (Such as DIRT 3, Thief and Black Flag recently (same month))
Unfortunately does not have COD as an exclusive for DLC anymore but games like Forza make the gap, amazing series.

Probably some other bits that I can't think of off the top of my head.

They're letting Xbox one users vote so theres a massive waiting list for a bunch of old gen games

PS4 & PS3 already have had apps on android, ios, PS Vita.

Yeah ik they do but just saying the XB one is very good, and especially on Windows based OSs having the ability to stream content.
