I remember this was a major problem on COD4 until Amanda released a fix.
She found a way to free up a large amount of strings. I'm wondering if this can be done on BO2.

Shark knows the overflow fix for BO2, thats all I know :p

It's only a matter of time until I figure it out. Then I'll release it so everyone can use it.

If you ask him he will help you with it, I don't think he is keeping it to himself, others have reached out to him for assistance

I can look at this when I get a chance and I can adapt TheFallen's base with him on skype and post a new updated version. I will let you know that we plan to make an sprx for it to call the function whenever the game reaches max strings to clear the cache.

I'm assuming you took a look at Amanda's thread. Why not find a way to free up more strings?

overflow occurs when the setText and too used.
Some bases menu uses an index for each submenu, this create overflow.

I know all about the \n fix. I remember Quicksilver had it in his cod4 patch.
I have it in my menu base already. I'm just trying to use Amanda's fix to free up a large amount of strings.
