Okay thanks I got it now. Maybe you can help me with this. I'm on rebug 4.21.2 DEX spoofed to 4.46 I think... and now I don't have rebug settings under the settings menu

Go into your Rebug Toolbox and make sure the settings are as is under Selector:
System mode: Rebug
XMB Operation Mode: Debug
Debug Menu Type: DEX
