I think Activision filed a false DMCA claim, just so this video would be taken down. You had a right to post this video, because it does not infringe on any copyright laws and it does not break activision's ToS. They can be sued for doing this....

they actually don't even watch the videos as once i uploaded a 1 second vid which had a troll face in it with no sound. labelled it mw3 modded lobby hack an in the description put "my hacked lobby" and for tags put stuff like hacked lobby, mod menu etc and the thumbnail i put was a battlefield still and guess what lol they claimed it as copyright infringement.
