Well beforehand, let me see what the exact thing on this is since no one will find out how to actually do it and the people that come here actually searching for some help are being mislead by either trolls or tards. I give all of them the benefit of the doubt.
EBOOT.BIN is pretty much the t5_ps3f.self.
There is a BIN2ELF for 3.55 DRM keys. EBOOT.BIN = EBOOT.SELF, look at it in HxD if you don't believe me. It says "ELF" in it.
Well, how do we get the mods online? You cannot go online with the 1.09 or lower EBOOT, now can we? You cannot transfer the EBOOT from a 1.13 to a lower one and you can't do vise versa either.

Before you say the people paying are dumb as fuck, think about people who go see concerts or movies. Why are you paying for those when you can torrent them or get them off a friend? Song at a concert, torrent or rip from a CD. Why are you watching that movie? You can torrent this or rip it from a disc as well. ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES. 'nuff said.

Basically you leeched the save off someone and used it at your own will. Don't do this since you achieve absolutely nothing and that is why Trollarch already hotfixed the binds. As Ihatecompvir said, the dvar whitelist from Xbox.

1) Black Box or File Manager
2) Gaia or have 2 copies of black ops
3) Dowload the correct version of the spoofer regarding your firmware, im using Kmeaw
=================================================================
1) Delete ANY game data relating to black ops on BOTH consoles
2) On your 3.55 CFW Playstation, Install the 1.13 black ops update that you downloaded
3) Replace the EBOOT.BIN in: "/dev_hdd0/game/BLACKOPS FOLDER (varies depending on your region)/USDIR/" with the modded one , then Data Transfer to the 4.11 OFW ps3
4) Revert back to your cfw 3.55 and backup black ops (SKIP THIS STEP IF YOUR USING 2 COPY'S OF THE GAME)
5) Open Black Box or desired File Manager and go to: "/dev_hdd0/game/BLACKOPS FOLDER (varies depending on your region)/USDIR/", and replace the EBOOT.BIN w/ the modded one. Do the same for the patch_mp.ff in: "USDIR/english/"

A) Since 3arc uses their EBOOT to make sure you dont execute modified fast files, it was impossible for players to host modded lobbies on any updates,
But thanks to TheUnknown, a mod from NGU, we can now run custom .FF's with an EBOOT that has RSA checks removed
. Since Lan is the only way to bring back mods, both updates on both ps3's must have the same EBOOT's this is why you copied the same one in each pkg intsallation. if the updates dont match, lan will not link your systems.2)Why is a spoofer needed?

with your console id faked to 9.99 the game thinks that you have the latest firmware so it will give the "OK" to your PS3 to start the game (even with the 1.13 update)

you have got to be kidding me. first off, this isn't for mods online, these are INFECTIONS for LAN PARTY. why do people keep thinking they can infect themselves via lan party and have modded stats online? it doesn't make any sense. oh and secondly, it's "lol You think YOU'RE* so good"
