Well I know a way to get them easily.
How to:
- Stick FMJ on a sniper.
- Find a window which you can smash.
- Aim through the window.
- Kill someone, whilst the window hasn't been shattered or smashed.
- It will count as an FMJ kill.
Easy to do!
Sorry if this has been posted before. And if this is the wrong section. I can't see a tactics section...

well you can do that, but if THEY are in a window, aim for their knees for the easiest bullet penetration kills.
