So I Wanted To Make A Tool For A Game Other Than Gta And Experiment With A UI Also I havnt Tested Anything As I Cant Get The Game To Launch Because It Just Black Screens For Some Reason So I Dont Know What Works And What Doesn't. Anyways I Will Release Source If you Want To Improve It Yourself As I Doubt I Will Ever Work On This Again. You Also Need DevExpress Installed To Load Source

sorry im pretty new but how do i go to the other tabs on the left in designer mode? i tried double clicking the host tab and lobby settings, etc but it wont work :L

I cant open the tool. It shows the process in task manager for a few seconds, then it stops. The tool itself doesnt show up or anything.

never opened the program nor encrypted or added thus viruses to it... some serious encryption i assume but i dont understand why it was needed if he made this open source for people already :/

How do i get the tool to open on my pc im on windows 8.1 i double click on it but nothing happens.
