It doesn't happen straight away mine usually get banned after 2 days

I transferd a level 38 account with 500 mil 4 days ago no unlocks or max skills everythings stil ok not banned
Edited 6 days later the account is stil unbanned live and active now is level 59 but i havent bought much yet but will be doing , ive made 5 more accounts 2 days ago like this with higher rank but below rank 120 and there all unbanned and active , so rockstar devs either letting a few pass or the way im doing it is unoticable to them what u think guys ? Theres like over 2 week away until this wil permanently stop no more transfers so get some accounts dont like i mentioned above remember dont use any unlock all or max skills and if your succesfull a little bit of rep goes along way

I transfered 120lvl/700mil 5 days ago, to PC, all unlock (fireworks, weapons, armor, police outfit, ruiner3, chrome rims, max stats and much more). PSN account and recovery was created on summer of 2016, ruiner3 added after update, not banned.
