It will allow you edit mostly every single stat, character, etc...
It has a option to edit how many skill points, your money, masks, and everything inside the treeview is all editable, meaning this save is completely mapped out.
It was one of the hardest to make for sure, but it has finally paid off, now here are some pictures of how the editor looks like:

As you can see all those are the options to edit.
I have spent lots of time on this editor and if you would like to donate I would really appreciate it.
The MD5 hash at the bottom of the save was really difficult :p
I would like to thank TheUnexpected for pointing out a obvious bug I was having a difficult time on :p
YOU NEED .NET FRAMEWORK 4.5!
The app just detections because it has been packed to prevent decompilation

I can't get this to work. downloaded latest version. is it not up to date with the latest patch of the game or is it because i got it on steam or something

only trick ive found to work with this as far as mods/masks/colors etc is when you have the item in your inventory... say you have 1, you can move your save file over and edit the number to 99 or whatever you want so you can basically use however many you want. This only works for stuff you have unlocked the hard way. i suggest just running through "four stores" a bunch of times with all your new skills to unlock stuff, it only takes 3 minutes

hey red eye great job with the save editor i"ve used alot and normally have no problem with them but this one im tring to use won't work it says unexpected version can you help or update the save editor or maybe its cause i downloaded it offf psn store well any help would be much great thanks

I get a "unhandled exception" every time I try to edit my save-file. Any way to fix this or do I have to wait for the next update? Apologies if i've missed any obvious fixes. New to the forum here.

hey red, i like the idea of this program and im a first time user, but im having troubles even downloading the program, i got the Red-EyeX32 - Payday 2 Save Editor version, but not the 2.1.0.0 I'm in toronto canada using a laptop with windows 8 installed on it and am trying to edit my ps3 save, anyway tips or advice to help me out?

can you tell me what path the programm needs?
if i click on File -> Open Folder i don't know where to look for the file
i choose C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<random number>\218620\remote
but then comes a message where the programm can't find ICON0.PNG
