PS: I make a mistake on the tool is not Mod Hack 1.01 it is Mod EBOOT 1.01 sorry

eboot didn't work for me on 1.01, game loads but it's not giving unlimited ammo/health
I used Metal Gear TPP 1.01 Mod Eboot
4.75.2

you cannot enter some lines of codes all at once in CCAPI, better use CCCheater 1.0.2 you can then enter all the codes and activate with a click of a button
