Bro, like 5+ people have said they are on windows 10 and it doesn't open... you are on windows 7, what do you have to back up it works on windows 10? Also there is a difference between obfuscation and encryption. Is it really encrypted or obfuscated? if its only obfuscated then its bound to get cracked lol. And also packing dlls into the application with obfuscation can screw the windows form application over, most likely the problem to why they cannot get it to open.

Most of my tools are packed and they open fine I been doing this even when I was windows 10 no issues as well

If you released the application not packed i'm sure it'll fix this issue people are having upon opening the exe. You can still obfuscate the program but there is no use packing for extra obfuscation, obfuscation is so easy to crack either way.

its an application you dont install it. Also jus get the torrent version n ftp to your hdd

I know this is really old, but I just found this thread. Can someone help me make an eboot with everything but the modded bullet damage? The builder tool isn't opening on my laptop for some reason, and I can't find anything else online.

Would it be possible to upload a new eboot builder as people are having problems opening this one?

Heey Guyzz.

I have this problem also with this program .
when you double click this icon.
it looks like it's gonne start you hear the laptop look a like it's loading and starting.
And then nothing is gonne pop up or doing some thing.
And i'm just this program before long time ago.
So i installed win 7 on my laptop to look if that was the problem in place of win 10.
But the same result :(
But i use the RTM tool and that is working perfectly (Y)
I hope someone can fix this or got a sullution for us.
