set your cursor on (not in) Network Settings and press the key combo (all at the same time):

L1 + L2 + L3 (press left stick) + R1 + R2 + dpad_down

You should see Edy Viewer, Debug Settings, and Install Package Files if done correctly.

do that if it works then qa is enabled and u need to install cfw from RECOVERY MODE

It Doesn't Let Me Run The Downgrader Again Even From Recovery Mode Either It Says "No applicable update data found" Or It Says "The data is corrupted (8002F2B5)

Keep trying it format ur usb n put file back on it n try again it would fail on me too sometimes but still work if I try again

I think i know your problem you downgraded your ps3 from ofw right? Now you want to toggle ga but you can't load the pkg. But first you need to build your ps3 back to normal and put the blu ray back in. If the blu ray is not connected you cant load any homebrew so you cant toggle qa it. Goodluck man
