its a brick lol. I've had this problem before i had someone repair it for me.

easy solution, instal toggle QA an go recovery mode and isntall roguero v3.7A and after install rebug 3.55.4 999 downgrader and you can install anything now.

Go into recovery mode on the ps3, Put the update of any jb firmware like 4.70 ferrox, While using the e3 flasher you should of went to just 3.55 OFW not the downgrader. But try updating through the recovery menu.

still doesn't beeb when activating qa, do i have to try to reinstall the downgrader now?

Why was you downgrading with a Nor flasher then Using Rogero 999 as well?? Lost sorry, Downgrade patch to 3.55 then install the cfw you want? If your on Rogero 999 Toggle qa Make sure your disc drive is plugged in, Then verify it worked, go to network settings then press L1 + L2 + L3 (press left stick) + R1 + R2 + dpad_down at the same time. If it worked options will pop up I show on this video how i do them.
