He said his friend could get him all titles and emblems and now he cant loggin his PSN anymore. He said that his friend told him that he needs version 3.10 to play on it and whenever he logs in it said invalid.


What do we do to fix it?

His "friend" probably changed the password on him. You could try calling Sony support and get it reset, just don't tell them the part about getting all the titles and emblems...

If that version update is true go to system update > internet update or w.e and do that, if that doesn't work I suggest you call up Sony and ask them to block the account so nothing can happen e.g money from credit card stolen and the account can not be accessed, they will ask you for details and then you should change everything, password, email after that you should be OK, if this doesn't work then I don't know what to do my friend!
