He said his friend could get him all titles and emblems and now he cant loggin his PSN anymore. He said that his friend told him that he needs version 3.10 to play on it and whenever he logs in it said invalid.


What do we do to fix it?

or u could have just went 2 forgot password n rest by ur email

Just have him reset his password via the secret question or age verification

Problem has been solved by reseting the password. He got hacked...
