Requirements:
_ Backup of FLASHCEX.bin
_ Downgrader 3.55 DEX

Tutorial:
_ If you are in 4.xx Use the DownGrader 3.55 DEX to get to 3.55.
_ Extract the downgrader and copy the folder in your USB.
_Install Update via Storage Media.
_ Now Rename FLASHCEX.BIN to " CEX.EID0.NORBIN "
_ Open MultiMan and go to File Manager, locate /Dev_USB000 and Install " CEX.EID0.NORBIN "
_ Closed Multiman And Turn Your System OFF.
_ Turn The System On and Install Kmeaw 3.55
_ Install Any CFW you Want...
_ You are Done, Congratulation..

I have all my files named right. I been modding for like 4 years.. I know what to do. This thread doesn't work, see they are telling you to downgrade to 3.55 DEX not REX so you cannot convert to CEX. Do you see now?
If you do this tutorial you will get semi bricked, when you get semi bricked you need to put your PS3 in factory mode, you can use a E3 Card reader or a jailbroken PSP from installing PS3jig. That is what I did.

You can't install CEX firmware when you are on DEX
