Note that this may not always work! It took me 3 or 4 times
Method:
You need PS3 Bruteforce and a couple of trophies along with a save file from a game save that you have (for a param.sfo)
You need to know load up your Param.SFO in your save data! Make sure to load it at the PROFILE to the central middle of the program
Then load up the trophies and make sure to click "REBUILD and then REBUILD full"
Now click Encrypt and encrypt all of them
Now you have your trophies in PS3Xport place them in your "\ps3xport\new\dev_hdd0\home\USERID\trophy\"
Restore and rebuild your backup and sync your baby!
Not that hard its just that whenever you get a error you just keep trying.

Come on, this doesn't work. You can't restore trophies via a backup to your ps3.
The ps3 simply ignores the directory. Nothing new. The only way to hack trophies is via CFW or save files.

If you back up your ps3, the trophy folders will be backed up, but simply deleted out of the backup whenever you restore it.
